Common questions

Do I need to buy the product first?
You need the product, but not first. Choose a package before you check out and it goes in your cart with the product, on one invoice. Already bought it? Sign in and choose a package from its installation page or your dashboard.
What do you need from me?
Access to your server or hosting, your domain's DNS, and an email account to send from. For the app packages, your Google Play and Apple developer accounts too. We send a checklist as soon as you book — and wherever you can, invite us as a user rather than sharing your own password.
How long does it take?
A web installation is usually live within a couple of business days of us getting access. Packages with mobile apps take longer: building and signing the apps is quick, but Apple and Google review new listings on their own schedule.
Which package do I need?
Essential if you only need the web platform live. Launch adds the Android apps on Google Play, Complete adds iOS and payments, and Signature makes it look like your own product. Not sure? Ask — we'll tell you honestly which is enough.
What if I need something no package covers?
Choose Custom and tell us what you're launching — extra integrations, feature changes, moving data over from another system. We'll scope it and send a fixed quote before any work starts.
Where are you based?
We work remotely with clients worldwide and keep overlapping hours with your timezone for calls. Most communication happens over email, WhatsApp and scheduled video calls.
Who actually writes the code?
The people you speak to. There are no account managers relaying messages and no work quietly passed to a third party.
What technology do you build with?
Proven, well-supported tools — React Native and Flutter for mobile, Laravel and Next.js for web, hosted on AWS or your own infrastructure. Nothing experimental that leaves you stranded in two years.
